Taylor & Francis eBook Site Having Problems -Oct.05, 2020
UPDATE – Problems resolved. Taylor & Francis eBook site is having problems with some titles. Some ebooks are producing a “ERROR 404 : Sorry, we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for.” We are working on the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
UBC Library Catalogue Down for Maintenance -Sept. 30, 10PM
UPDATE – No problems reported. FYI The UBC Library Catalogue will be down for maintenance from 10:00pm PDT for 90 minutes. Our Discovery Service, Summon, will continue working except for any links leading to the Catalogue. Please report any problems via our Help Form.
EBSCOhost Databases & eBooks -Slow/Timeout -22se2020

Duke University Press Down (September 18, 2020)
Update 12:30pm – Access restored. Please report any continuing problems via the eResources Help Form. Access to ebooks and ejournals from Duke University Press is currently unavailable. The vendor is working to restore access as quickly as possible.
ProQuest Ebook Central – Reader unavailable
Issue RESOLVED A system issue is affecting the performance of Reader on the ProQuest Ebook Central platform. PDF download and online reading services are not available. System engineers are working to fix the issue, and we’ll update you as soon as we know more.
EBSCOhost Databases Slow (June 23, 2020)
UPDATE: As of June 24 morning, EBSCOhost databases seem to be back to normal. EBSCOhost Databases were down earlier today They appear to be back, but are very slow. Stay tuned for any further updates.
