Issue is now fixed. Sept 27, 2023 UBC Users are seeing a ‘Unknown or Unusable Identity Provider’ when they try to access some Oxford databases such as Oxford Music Online or Oxford Research Encyclopedias. eResources moving to ServiceNow

Access issue with CCH Answer Connect

Issue is now fixed. Sept 14, 2023. We are seeing ongoing issues with CCH Answer Connect – https://resources.library.ubc.ca/page.php?details=cch-answerconnect&id=2412 not working for some users.
