UPDATE: As of October 23, 2025, Factiva has restricted downloading to one article at a time. Due to excessive downloading, Factiva may impose a temporary restriction on downloading to one article at a time. We are currently seeing some issues with accessing CNKI eBooks. A workaround is to use the old user interface. The connect to resource link on the CNKI eBooks resouce page has been updated. eResources is continuing to investigate resolving the new interface access issues.

Knovel will now prompt users to log-in to (or create an) Elsevier Account before accessing. eResources is investigating getting this removed so users can have direct access just through the Library.

Issue is now fixed. April 30, 2024 Our authentication service, OpenAthens, is currently seeing issues with ScienceDirect. A lot of users are being blocked access.
