Pitchbook – Blocked Access Issue

Users who use a Browser Extension that can “read or change” website data, will be blocked access to Pitchbook if they use those Extensions on the Pitchbook Website. Please note that this includes AI Browser Extensions (Chat GPT) and Translation Tools (Google Translate). Please make sure these are turned off before you access Pitchbook!

Edit: Issue fixed as of October 27, 2026 Users are currently are unable to access Refinitiv. https://guides.library.ubc.ca/az/refinitiv-workspace Users are seeing a “missing_parameters” or “Error loading Layout data” when logging in. EResources is investigating!
