Issue resolved.
Linking at the journal title level to select titles within EBSCOhost’s Medline can lead to an error:
Error in HttpHandler
We are working on a solution.
Linking to the Database itself and then searching within the Database works fine. EBSCOhost Medline database level is HERE.

We have launched what we are calling OpenVersion in Summon.
These are open access versions of articles sourced through Unpaywall.
What does this mean? Unpaywall is a database of “freely available” versions of articles. Alumni, Community Users or anyone can click on the OpenVersion link when it appears and be taken to a version of the article without authenticating (no CWL or EZproxying needed). FAQs can be found here.
Note if citing the article that the Unpaywall version may differ from the final published version.

Due to the heavy traffic Wiley Online is experiencing from our off-campus server (EZproxy), they are occasionally blocking the IP address.
If you see an error like this on the Wiley site:
“Access from your IP address has been blocked. Please contact your librarian for assistance.“
Please try the following:
- Make sure that you are NOT logged into MyVPN
- Clear the history (cache & cookies) from your browser
- Wait 10 – 15 minutes then try the link to the item on Wiley again.
If access problems continue, please report them to us via our Help Form with a screenshot, if possible, of the error message.

Hello:
For those accessing Library online resources (e-resources) from off campus for the first time, you will want to READ THIS.
Key items to remember:
- For the majority of off-campus access, you will need to authenticate via EZproxy
- Do NOT connect to MyVPN when connecting to EZproxy
- We are still here to help. Contact us via our HELP FORM if you have issues accessing Library resources. But please be patient if we don’t respond as quickly as usual
- Library e-resources are not free, and they require the Library to sign a license. Many licenses have restrictions… often including volume. The rule of thumb is do not download more than a human can reasonably read. Suspicious activity will lead publishers and providers to cut off the IP address for everyone
- And don’t stress. If networks are slow, if resources aren’t working, odds are everyone else is in the same boat
