Lost access to SciFinder

Issue is now fixed. Jan 17, 2024 UBC has lost access to SciFinder and users are seeing an “Access is not authorized” error. We are working with the vendor to get this resolved ASAP.

“Sorry Not Found” errors with Bloomsbury, DeGruyter, and John Benjamins eBooks

Canadian Standards Association (CSA) – PDF Downloading Error

Users will see a “ERROR Something went wrong. Please try again” when trying to download CSA PDFs. We are working to get the issue fixed ASAP! In the meantime, you can download CSA PDFs on-campus or using VPN at this link: https://store.csagroup.org/ondemand/s/?language=en_US

Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Error – Blank Screen

Oxford access issue – ‘Unknown or Unusable Identity Provider’
