Users are unable to access Factiva Journals and left at a Factiva Login Page. eResources is investigating. In the meantime, please use the Factiva link on the Resource Page which still works – https://resources.library.ubc.ca/page.php?details=factiva&id=543 You can search for the journal you wish to access there.

UPDATE: Issue Fixed as of February 3rd, 2026 Off-Campus Users are currently unable to access Kanopy and see a blank screen with a ‘Closing the window…” This is an Authentication Issue and being investigated by OpenAthens – https://resource.status.openathens.net/ Access to Kanopy appears to be still be working for on campus users.
