Rush Order Processing and Cataloguing Request

Items in OPAC with "Status: In Process" will be given rush cataloguing and physical processing, when requested by patron via this form. Items rush processed will only be sent to the branch Library in the item Location. Patron contact information will be entered into the order record, to enable patron notification of availability.

Items with "Status: On Order" or "Status: In Pre-Order Process" will be evaluated for rush ordering or change of order from regular to rush. Patron contact information will be entered into the order record, to enable patron notification of availability.

Physical items with call number displayed in the OPAC are already en route to the branch library and cannot be rushed further.

Please note: Reference and Rare items can be consulted in the Library but not borrowed. Items on Course Reserve can only be borrowed by current students.
