March 7, 2024 Users trying to access McGraw Hill’s Access Medicine may see this error: “You are logged into the OpenAthens service, but you do not have permission to access this particular resource. Access issues with Knovel
Issue is now fixed. Feb 12, 2024 Users will be sent in an endless “Check Access” loop when trying to access Knovel. Access won’t be granted. We are working to get this solved. In the meantime please use the Resource Page link to access Knovel – http://resources.library.ubc.ca/page.php?id=475

Lost access to SciFinder
Issue is now fixed. Jan 17, 2024 UBC has lost access to SciFinder and users are seeing an “Access is not authorized” error. We are working with the vendor to get this resolved ASAP.
“Sorry Not Found” errors with Bloomsbury, DeGruyter, and John Benjamins eBooks
