For public trials, please review that the following criteria have been met:
1. There is potential for substantial interest in this e-resource amongst UBC Library users, or substantial interest has already been expressed.
2. Either funding is already in place for this e-resource acquisition, or a funding plan is actively being investigated.
3. Soliciting public comments is a goal of the trial.
If these criteria are not met, consider arranging a private trial.
